The applicant is the appellant, who has suffered conviction for an offence under Section 7, 13(1) (d), r/w. 13(2) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.

2. Pending the appeal, earlier, this Court permitted the applicant to get her passport renewed. Thereafter, this Court permitted her to go abroad. Now once again, the applicant seeks the Court's leave to travel abroad-to the United States of America-from 15th August 2019 to 14th February 2020. She wants to be with her grandson.

3. First, the applicant has already been on bail; second, with the Court's leave she has earlier gone abroad. So I reckon the applicant's bona fides need not be suspected.

4. Under these circumstances, I allow the application. The applicant is permitted to travel to the United State of America from 15th August 2019 to 14th February 2020, on these conditions: a) The applicant shall not withdraw cash security of Rs.1 lakh given by her to this Court as an additional security under the order dated 19th March 2015; the amount remains untouched until the applicant returns from the USA. b) The applicant shall not visit any other country than the USA.

c) Wherever the applicant intends to stay in the USA, she will provide those addresses to the CBI, before her leaving India.
