This is an application seeking extension of time to furnish the surety.

By an order dated 17.7.2015, the applicant herein was directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount. The applicant was directed to be enlarged on cash bail of Rs.25,000/- for a period of two weeks.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the sureties furnished by them are yet to be verified and therefore, he seeks extension of

Mhi 2 APPP-626-15.sxw time. It is noticed that upon furnishing sureties, it take time for verification and therefore time for furnishing sureties is extended by four weeks.
