In view of the fact that the remedy by way of a 2nd Revision is available to the Petitioners before the State Government in respect of the order dated 08/03/2016, it is not necessary to entertain the above Writ Petition. By relegating the Petitioners to the said remedy, the above Writ Petition is disposed of. Needless to state that the contentions of the Petitioners have not been dealt with and it is open for the Petitioners to urge the said contentions before the State Government.
