Learned counsel for the parties.

By these applications, the applicants seek 1/3

modification/relaxation of the condition No. (ii) imposed by this Court vide order dated 23rd August 2017, whilst enlarging the applicants on bail. The said condition reads thus :

"ii) The Applicants shall attend the concerned Police Station, on the first Saturday of every month, between 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., till framing of the charge." Learned counsel for the applicants states that the applicants have been attending the concerned Police Station since 2017. He further states that the applicants also have been attending the trial Court and will continue to attend the trial Court on the dates given by the trial Court. Statement accepted. For the reasons set out in the applications, the applications are allowed and clause (ii) of the order dated 23rd August 2017 passed in Criminal Application Nos 1763 of 2017 and 1764 of 2017, stands relaxed. The applicants are now not required to attend the Police Station. However, the applicants shall attend all the dates before the trial Court, unless exempted.

Rest of the conditions in the order dated 23rd August 2017 to remain as it is.
