The grievance of the petitioner is that though the matter regarding his caste validity claim has been heard by respondent no. 2 Committee long back on 9.3.2016, but till date no decision has been taken in regard to the petitioner's caste claim. 3.

Without expressing any opinion about the merits of the matter we dispose of the petition by directing respondent no.2 to consider and take appropriate decision on the petitioner's caste validity claim as expeditiously as possible but in any case not latter than two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
