In the present appeal, the appellant has challenged the judgment and decree dated 8.2.2018 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Thane In Petition No. A-486/2016 whereby marriage between the parties came to be dissolved by decree of divorce. Further consequential orders were also passed.

During pendency of this appeal preferred by the appellant herein, the parties have gone through the process

3. fca 22-18 cam 228-18.doc of mediation and the mediation proceedings have resulted into settlement between the parties.

Today, both the parties are present before us. They have tendered consent terms. The Consent Terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The appellant and the respondent state that they have read the consent terms and they have knowingly and voluntarily signed the same. In view of the consent terms, the parties have agreed to settle their disputes and resume cohabitation with their son at Pune.

In view of the Consent Terms, the Judgment and decree passed by the Family Court is hereby set aside and the appeal is disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms. 5.

Decree be drawn up in terms of the Consent Terms. 6.

Pending civil application is disposed of in view of disposal of this Family Court Appeal.
