The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner pointed out that in terms of the judgment and order dated 28th October 2013, the Caste Scrutiny Committee has passed an order but the same is contrary to the directions issued in the said judgment and order. He states that the said order of the Caste Scrutiny Committee has been challenged by filing a Writ Petition in which an ad-interim relief has been granted. It is for the concerned Court dealing with the Writ Petition to decide whether the order is in conformity with the directions issued by

ash cp-510.14 this Court. Suffice it to say that in this Petition, no case is made out for initiating action under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. The Petition is disposed of.
