Mrs. Deshmukh, learned APP for the State having taken instructions from the police officer N.F.Shaikh, PSI attached to Yervada Police Station, Pune, makes a statement that charge-sheet against both the petitioners and husband of the respondent no.2 has already been filed on 8.8.2014. In the above circumstances, reliefs claimed by the petitioners have rendered infructuous. Petitioners are always at liberty to apply for Shivgan 1/2
