Time is sought on the ground that the Advocate for the applicant is not available. Prayer is for vacating interim relief of stay granted under order dated 20th June, 2014 passed by another Division Bench in Civil Application No.45 of 2014. We have perused the order dated 20th June, 2014. The applicant was heard before passing the order. It is not the case made out in this application that there is any subsequent event which calls for modification of the earlier order granting stay. Hence, we decline to entertain this application and the same is rejected.
