Heard Mr.Dhananjay Rananaware, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Ms.M.S. Bane, learned A.G.P. for the State.

By order dated 19.4.2017 time was given to Ms.Bane for taking instructions as to within what time the compensation will be determined ether by the Deputy Collector or Collector, Raigad. Mr.Rananaware submits that within two weeks from today the petitioner will file representation for determination of compensation before the Deputy Collector, Panvel and during that period will give copy to respondent No.1. Respondent No.1 will file reply, if so advised, within a period of four weeks from receipt of the representation

Ms. Bane submits that the Deputy Collector, Panvel will decide the representation within two months from receipt of the reply, if any, of respondent No.1. In view thereof, Mr.Rananaware seeks permission to withdraw the petition. Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is disposed of as such.
