The review petitioner who was the original petitioner seeks recall of the order dated 12th June, 2018 passed by this court dismissing the Writ Petition No. 8450 of 2017 merely on the ground that the statement was made by the respondent nos. 2 and 3 before this court that the learned Liquidator had already taken charge of the affairs of the respondent no.4 society. No such statement was made by the learned Government Pleader.

The matter was argued at length before this court on 12th June, 2018 when the learned A.G.P. was also present before this court and was heard by this court.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner could not point out any error apparent on the face of the record. 4.

Review petition is thoroughly misconceived and is dismissed with cost quantified at Rs.25,000/- which shall be paid by the review petitioners to the respondent nos. 2 and 3 within two weeks from today. [R.D. DHANUKA, J.]
