This application seeks to bring on record legal heirs of deceased Appellant No.2. It also contains a prayer for transposition of the legal heirs to be added as Respondents, since the Advocate is unable to procure any Vakalatnama from the legal heirs. The legal heirs are the wife, two sons and a married daughter of Appellant No.2. There is a delay in taking out the application. That delay is explained in paragraph nos. 1 to 3 in

Yadav VG 2 20a.cas.1949.16.odt. Civil Application. The Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today. Notices of the Second Appeal to be issued to the newly added Respondents. The Civil Application is disposed of accordingly.
