The relief sought in the above Petition is by way of a direction to consider the complaint dated 14th July 2017 made by the Petitioner to the Joint Commissioner of Police, Crime Branch, Mumbai. The said complaint is at Exhibit B page 18 of the above Writ Petition. Though the complaint is addressed to the Joint Commissioner of Police, Crime Branch, Mumbai, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner is agreeable to the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Zone-IX, Paramjeet Singh Dhaiyaa looking into it. Therefore, we direct the Deputy Commissioner of Police, SQ Pathan 1/2

wp.2850.17.10.doc Zone-IX to look into the complaint and communicate his decision to the Petitioner within four weeks from date.

With the directions as aforesaid, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
