The applicant was convicted and sentenced by the Additional Sessions Judge-7, Nashik vide judgment and order dated 17.12.2018 passed in Sessions Case No.238/2016.

Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that this appeal is filed with the help of Legal Services Authority of this Court. Learned counsel is appointed to represent the appellant/applicant in this case. The applicant is in poor financial state and he was unable to engage an Advocate. 5.

Considering these submissions, the delay of 3 years and 112 days in filing the appeal is condoned. The appeal be processed further. Interim Application is disposed of accordingly.
