The Learned Advocate appearing for the Appellants has filed an application seeking withdrawal of the above Second Appeal. The said application dated 14 th December, 2016 is taken on record along with its annexures and marked "X". The Appellant Nos. 1 (a) and 1 (b) are present in Court. They have informed the Court that the said application is signed by all the Appellants and all the Appellants are desirous of withdrawing the above Appeal. The Second Appeal is therefore disposed of as withdrawn. The Civil Application also stands disposed off.
