P.C.:- In pursuance of Order dated 10th November, 2022, Mr. Sandeep Karnik, Joint Police Commissioner of Pune Police Commissionerate, Pune City, Pune has filed a detailed Affidavit. It is stated therein that, after perusing the record of the present crime i.e. CR No.514 of 2017 registered with Yerwada Police Station, Pune, he has come to the conclusion that, it needs thorough investigation. He has also enunciated 5 points on which investigation is necessary. In paragraph No.22, sub-paragraph No.(v), he has categorically stated that, he has directed that, the present crime i.e. CR No.514 of 2017 registered with Yerwada Police Station, Pune be transferred 1/2

ssm 2 29-wp3474.19.doc to Economic Offences Wing, Pune for further investigation on the points mentioned in the said affidavit.

2) In view of above, the grievance of the Petitioners as of today does not survive.
