This is an application for condonation of delay of 104 days in preferring the appeal.

The applicant was convicted by the Additional Sessions Judge, Nashik vide judgment and order dated 17.1.2022 passed in Sessions Case No.248/2008. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant was not in a position to engage a private advocate and pursue his appeal. Therefore he had approached the Legal Services Authority of this Court and after that an Deshmane(PS)
