This is an application for modification of Condition No.(a) imposed upon the applicant while releasing him on bail by an Order dated 28.06.2018 in Bail Application No.1098 of 2018 by this Court. By the said condition, the applicant has been directed to furnish one or two solvent local sureties in the sum of Rs.50,000/-. Aarti Palkar 1/2

Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that despite putting in best efforts, the applicant is unable to get one or two solvent local sureties to make up the amount of Rs.50,000/-. He submitted that if the applicant is permitted to furnish one or "more" sureties to make up the amount, the applicant may be in a position to furnish the same. 3.

In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the application, the said Condition No.(a) is hereby modified and the applicant is permitted to furnish one or more solvent local sureties to make up the amount of Rs.50,000/-.
