(1) Mr. Bubna, learned Advocate for Applicants submitted that, during the pendency of the Application, Police have submitted final report before the Trial Court. That, as far as Applicant No.1-Sanjay Bhika Gaikwad, is concerned, he has been chargesheeted by Police. That, asfar as Applicant Nos.2 to 11 are concerned, the Police have filed 'C-Summary' Report qua them before the trial Court. (2) In view thereof, he seeks leave to withdraw Application with liberty in favor of Applicant No.1-Sanjay Bhika Gaikwad to pursue the said case, i.e. to file either an application for discharge or to contest the said case against him before the trial Court. 1/2
