In view of the order passed in Writ Petition No.961 of 2017 resulting in quashing of the FIR in question, the above Petition has turned infructuous. Hence, the Petition stands disposed of having turned infructuous.

We clarify that the quashing of the FIR would also stand extended to the Petitioners herein i.e. parents of the Petitioner in Writ Petition No.961 of 2017.
