Needless to mention that the rival contentions of the parties are left open which the learned Deputy Charity Commissioner shall go into while finally deciding the change report. 4.

The change report is of the year 2015 and the Deputy Charity Commissioner shall proceed to decide the same as expeditiously as possible.

The parties to co-operate for early disposal of the matter.
