In view of the consent terms, this Court directs that in the event of any dispute in respect of access road, water and drainage pipelines or repair of the road in future, both the parties will sit together and try to solve the dispute/problems of each other, as they are neighbours. Parties shall not bring any issue or ego in between them. Parties are aware of the consent terms, so they may start the work from tomorrow.

In view of the consent terms, Second Appeal is disposed of. 5.
Civil Application is also accordingly disposed of. 6.
