P.C.:- This is an Application for modification of condition imposed upon the Applicant while granting bail by this Court by its Order dated 20th September, 2010 passed in Bail Application No. 3808 of 2010.

By the said condition, the Applicant was directed to attend the concerned police station on every first and third Sunday of every month between 10.00 and 1.00 pm.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that, since the date of release from jail, the Applicant is sincerely attending the 1/2

ssm 2 9-appp865.18.doc concerned police station since last more than 7 years till today and as per his instructions, the Trial of the said crime has not began. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to modify the said condition.

The Applicant is hereinafter directed to attend the Police station on every first Sunday of 3rd month during 10 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. inter-alia, the Applicant will have to hereinafter attend the concerned police station four times in a year till the conclusion of the Trial.
