Sole prayer in the petition is to issue a writ of mandamus to the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, Mumbai directing it to expeditiously decide the Original Application No. 365 of 2021 filed by the Petitioner.

We are not inclined to issue such direction without any justifiable reason as it may prejudice those who are waiting for their applications to reach and who may have more urgent causes.

Leaving it open to the Petitioner to make necessary application to the Administrative Tribunal for early disposal of her Original Application No. 365 of 2021, we dispose of the Writ Petition. 4.
