After this Writ Petition was argued for some time, the learned advocate appearing for the Petitioner, on instructions of his client who is present in the Court, states that the Petitioner shall comply with the order passed by the Revisional Authority and deposit the sum of Rs.11 Lacs before the said authority. He, however, seeks indulgence of this Court that the time be extended for making aforesaid deposit.
