This Application is moved for restoration of Writ Petition, which was dismissed for non-compliance of conditional order dated 4th May, 2018.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the Petition was dismissed before issuance of notice to the respondents, hence no service is made. In view of this submission, the order dated 4th May, 2018 is hereby recalled. The Writ Petition is restored to its original file. The petitioners are directed to remove the office objections on or before 10th August, 2018. If the objections are not removed within the stipulated time, the Petition will be again dismissed without further referring to the Court.
