By this Civil Application applicant is seeking condonation of 167 days delay in filing First Appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 8.11.2014 passed by MACT, Kolhapur at Kolhapur in MACP No.365 of 2012.

26 caf2566-15.doc submits that they already deposited entire awarded amount in the Tribunal. Statement is accepted.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in Civil Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the Civil Application. Hence, following order is passed:

A.

Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:

"(a) That this Hon'ble High Court be pleased to condone delay of 167 days thereby admitting the Appeal against the Award dated 8th November 2014 passed by the Hon'ble Member, MACT, Kolhapur allowing Claim Petition bearing No.365 of 2012."

B.

Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.
