This petition is being filed impugning the rejection by the competent authority of application by the Petitioner to grant adjournment in the matter pending the Revision Application No. 109 of 2023 pending before Revisional Authority at Pune. Both the learned counsel agree that this petition can be disposed of if the Revisional Authority at Pune is directed to hear the Revision Application filed by the Petitioner expeditiously.
