Learned counsel for the applicant, seeks leave to withdraw the application, since charge-sheet has been filed in this case. She submits that the applicant intends to approach the Trial Court by filing a fresh bail application after filing of charge-sheet.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of as withdrawn. If an application for regular bail after filing of charge-sheet is filed, the learned Judge to consider the said application on its own merits, uninfluenced by the withdrawal of this application.
