DATED : 1st AUGUST, 2022 P.C:- The learned APP state that the Investigating Officer has already issued notice u/s.41A of Cr.P.C to the applicant, but she has refrained from attending.

The learned counsel for the applicant state that she is ready to report to the Investigating Officer in furtherance of the said notice.

Accepting the aforesaid statement, on receipt of the notice, the applicant shall report to the Investigating Officer and render her co-operation. The Investigating Officer shall follow the procedure prescribed u/s.41A of Cr.P.C and if he is desirous to Tilak
