Heard learned counsel for applicants and respondent. 2.
This is an application for withdrawal of compensation amount which is deposited by the Insurance Company in the Tribunal. It is submitted that the deceased was the only earning member of family of applicants. Applicants are the parents of the deceased having no source of income and hence they may be permitted to withdraw entire mount of compensation of Rs.10 lacs as deposited by the Insurance Company. However, at this stage, applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited in the Tribunal subject to condition of filing usual undertaking.

Application is disposed of accordingly.
