Heard. By this Civil Application, the Applicant is seeking permission to bring the legal heirs on record of deceased Respondent No.4A Anil Balkrishna Pisal who died on 19.05.2018. The Application is within time.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the reasons disclosed in the Civil Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the Civil Application.

Hence, the following order is passed:

The Applicant is permitted to bring the legal heirs on record of deceased Respondent No.4A Anil Balkrishna Pisal in the Appeal from Order and the pending Civil Applications, if any, on or before 04.05.2019, failing which the Civil Application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.

b.

If the amendment is carried out within stipulated time as stated hereinabove, the Applicant to serve an amended copy of the Appeal from Order on other side, including the legal heirs of deceased Respondent No.4A either by hand delivery and/or by registered post and file an Affidavit of service to that effect.

Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.

d.

Ad-interim protection granted by this court on 20.04.2017 to continue till the next date.

e.

Appeal to come up on board on 19.06.2019, along with other pending Civil Applications, if any.
