This is an application seeking relaxation of condition of reporting in police officer imposed by this Court, while allowing appeal challenging the order rejecting the application in anticipatory bail passed by the Special Court under the provisions of Schedule Cast and Schedule Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities Act). 2.

Vide order dated 30th March, 2022, the appeal preferred by the applicant was allowed. It was directed that, in the event of arrest of the applicants, they may be enlarged on bail by furnishing P. R. Bond of Rs.10,000/- each with one or two sureties. The applicants were directed to attend with concerned police station on every Saturday between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon, till filing of charge sheet. Kiran Kawre

Learned Advocate for the applicant submitted that, the charge sheet has not been filed. The applicant has complied the condition of reporting. The acknowledgment relating to attendance of the police officer is annexed to this application.

It is apparent that the applicant has attended the police officer. The initial interim relief was granted to the applicant by order dated 2 nd September, 2021 which was confirmed on 30th March, 2022. Hence, the order dated 30th March, 2022 can be modified. ii.

The condition No.(ii) stipulated in order dated 30th March, 2022 passed by this Court in Criminal Appeal No.712 of 2021 is modified and the applicant is directed to attend the concerned police officer as and when called for till filling of charge-sheet. Iii.

Interim Application is disposed off.
