The prayer in this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is for quashing the First Information Report registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 454, 457 and 427 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The remedy of applying for discharge is available to the Petitioner before the concerned Court. Hence, the Petition filed under Section 226 of the Constitution of India is disposed of by keeping the remedy of the Petitioner open. All contentions on merits are kept open.
