This Petition challenges the order dated 20 December 2014 passed by the Trial Court rejecting the application for impleadment of the Petitioner as party Defendant to the suit. Though the order was passed on 20 December 2014, the present Petition was filed after three long years on 19 July 2017. The Petition was not moved for a considerable period of time. When this Petition came up before this Court on 16 June 2023 none appeared for the Petitioner. Today also none appears for Petitioner. The Writ Petition and the Civil Application are accordingly dismissed for default.
