By way of this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, petitioner seeks a direction to the competent authority i.e. respondent No.1 to decide Execution Application No.45 of 2021 under the Maharashtra Rent Control Act, 1999 expeditiously. 3.

Today we have been informed by learned counsel for the petitioner that the execution application was decided in favour of the petitioner on 23rd September, 2021 and execution is fixed in the next week.

In that view of the matter, nothing survives in the writ petition.
