Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant, the learned Special Public Prosecutor for Respondent No.1-Union of India and the learned APP for the Respondent No.2-State. This is an application for recalling of the order dated 17th June 2015 passed in Criminal Application No.302 of 2015. For the reasons stated in the paragraphs 6 and 7 of the

2/2 appp.635-2015.sxw Application, and in the interest of justice, I am inclined to allow the present application.

Accordingly, the Criminal Application No.635 of 2015 is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and the Criminal Application No.302 of 2015 is restored to file. The Registry is directed to place the said application before appropriate Bench. (A.S. GADKARI, J.)
