Learned counsel for the applicant-accused submits that the Criminal Application is moved for restoration of the Bail Application. 2.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

Civil Application is disposed of accordingly. 4.

Learned counsel for the applicant-accused submits that the applicant-accused is facing charges under Sections 302, 304(B), 498-A read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The applicant-accused is the

Trupti 902-appp-669-17.doc father-in-law of the deceased Sonali. His first Bail Application was rejected by this Court vide order dated 04.01.2017. He further submits that one circumstance is that the deceased lady was last seen together with her husband working in the field and the same was not considered in the reason and, therefore, second bail application is filed. 5.

Learned APP opposes this second Bail Application. 6.

This cannot be ground to consider the second Bail Application and hence, it is rejected.

7.

The trial Court may endeavor to expedite the matter within a period of one year.

8.

Bail Application is rejected accordingly.
