This is an application received through Jail. The applicant has prayed that the trial pertaining to CR No.24/2010 registered with Boisar Police Station, Dist. Palghar may be conducted by Fast Track Court and be concluded expeditiously. The Applicant has stated that since last 5 years he is in Jail and the economic condition of his family members is precarious. 2) The learned APP has submitted a report dated 15.1.2016 under the signature of Police Inspector, Boisar Police Station, District Palghar. It is stated that in CR No.24/2010 registered with Boisar Police Station the prosecution is intending to examine 56 witnesses and as of today two witnesses have been examined. That witness summons has been issued to 10 other witnesses and the next date for recording their evidence is 3.2 .2016. In view of the same, according to me the grievance of the applicant does not survive and the application is disposed off accordingly.

However, the trial court is requested to make an endeavor to complete the trial arising out of CR
