After hearing progressed to some length, Mr. Kumar, learned advocate appearing for the review petitioner submits that he wishes to withdraw the review petition. He also seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Supreme Court against the order dated 11th August, 2021 under review. 2.

The petitioner requires no liberty of this Court to approach the Supreme Court. If he is aggrieved by the order dated 11th August, 2021 and at the same time is not desirous of pursuing

4-RPW-58-2021 the review petition, he shall be at liberty to explore his remedies in accordance with law.

The review petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

Interim Application No. 2663 of 2021 for condonation of delay in presenting the review petition does not survive and stands disposed of.
