1. The petitioner claims to have addressed a communication to the Chief Minister of the State to lodge/register an offence against the persons named under the said representation made on 20.6.2017. The petitioner prays for following relief:- a) This Honourable Court be pleased to issue Writ of Mandamus or Certiorari or Writ in the like nature or direction and thereby be pleased to direct the Respondent No.3 the Police Inspector of Madha Police Station Taluka Madha District, Solapur, to investigate the Petitioner's written Complaint dated 20.6.2017 and to lodge an F.I.R and take action against the concerned persons mentioned in the said complaint as sell as against the present respondent No.6 and 7. as well as this Honourable Court be pleased further direct to Respondent no.5 the Regional Director, Enforcement Department (E.D) Ballard Estate, Kavita 1 /2

23-wp-2860-17.doc Narimen Point Mumbai to investigate the Petitioner's written complaint dated 27.6.2017 and take action against the concerned persons mentioned in the said complaint as well as against the present respondent No.6 and 7.

b) Pending the hearing and final disposal of aforesaid petition. This Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct Respondent Nos.3 and 5 to investigate the Petitioner's written Complaint dated 20.6.2017 and 27.06.2017 in accordance with law;

2. Perused the record. In case the petitioner desires to initiate criminal proceedings then it would be appropriate for the petitioner to approach concerned police station and file a complaint at the concerned police station.

3. In the facts of the case, we are not inclined to exercise extraordinary writ jurisdiction for issuing directions as prayed for.
