This Court, vide order dated 11 November 2022, in connected matter, i.e. Criminal Application No. 741 of 2022, has directed to invoke revisional jurisdiction of the Sessions Court to take exception to the order of issuance of process, since there was delay of over two years in approaching this Court in application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. The present application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. appears to have been filed little over four years after the order

sg 2/2 26.apl742-22.doc impugned came to be passed. When confronted, learned Advocate for the Applicants comes around to withdraw this application with liberty to file revision application in the Court of Sessions. 3.

In view of the above, the application stands disposed of. The time spent in this proceedings shall be excluded while counting delay, if any, in preferring revision application before the Court of Sessions.
