The applicant/wife, a teacher by profession is custodian of the minor son.

In the aforesaid background, though opposed by the counsel for the non-applicant Mr. Abhijit Kulkarni, issue of hardship is considered in favour of the applicant/wife particularly having regard to the distance, she is required to travel to attend the proceedings at Baramati.

That being so, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
