1] The petitioner has preferred the present Writ Petition against the Judgment and Order dated 25.3.2011 passed in Misc. Application No.2 of 2010.

2] There is substantive alternate remedy available at the commend of the petitioner. In view of the parameters and guidelines laid down by the Supreme Court in the case of Shalini S. Shetty Vs. Rajendra S. Patil reported in 2010 (8) SCC 329, the present petition is not maintainable and the same is accordingly dismissed.
