This is an application for impleading proposed Respondents Nos.3 to 5 in Appeal from Order No.257 of 2021. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Applicants submitted that the proposed Respondents are landlords of the suit building and their impleadment in the Appeal is necessary for proper adjudication of the issue involved in the matter.

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

URS 2 11-IA 2321-21 in AO 257-21.odt Necessary amendment in the Appeal be carried out within a period of one week from today and an amended copy of complete compilation of Appeal be served upon the Respondents within a period of 2 weeks from today.
