Learned Counsel for the appellant submits that he has already collected the copy of chargesheet and shall file regular bail application before the Competent Court and for that purpose, Wakodikar

In view of statements made of filing of chargesheet, it is directed that interim orders in force, shall further continued till necessary steps are taken by appellant before the Learned Special Judge seeking regular bail within reasonable time on the adjourned date which is stated to be 27th November, 2019. In the event, application for bail is filed before the Competent Court on the above date, same shall be decided expeditiously.
