At the outset Mr. Vikas Singh, learned Advocate appointed to represent Applicant pointed out that, in Order dated 28th November 2022, Criminal Appeal No.279 of 2020 has been erroneously typed instead of Criminal Appeal (St.) No.11651 of 2022. The correct number is Criminal Appeal (St.) No. 11651 of 2022.

Order dated 28th November 2022 be corrected accordingly and a corrected Order be uploaded on the official website of the High Court of Bombay.
