The petitioner claims to be a social worker who desires to point out the illegal constructions carried out in the City of Phaltan. In this petition, the petitioner's effort is to focus on the alleged illegal structure carried out on City Survey No.20B/31. It is submitted that petitioner had made a representation to the authorities concerned. The person who is owner of the said plot and the structure has not been made party respondent.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, we observe that petitioner may resort to appropriate alternate remedy as permissible in law. In the exercise of writ jurisdiction, no interference is warranted. Writ Petition stands dismissed.
