The above Civil Application has been filed for vacating the stay which was granted in the year 2010 which has the effect of staying the suit. Considering the fact that the issue involved in the above Petition is as regards the amendment to the written statement which was sought by the Petitioners, it would be just and proper to hear the above Writ Petition finally in view of the limited controversy involved. Hence there is no warrant to pass any order vacating the stay. The above Civil Application is accordingly disposed of. However, list the above Petition for final hearing on 16/10/2015, to be shown at the bottom of the supplementary board.
