After arguing for some time, when the Court was not inclined to enlarge the applicant on bail, learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw this application. Leave granted. 2.

Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn. 3.

Considering that the applicant is suffering from cerebral palsy, the trial of the applicant is expedited. The learned Trial Judge to decide the

The Learned Judge to decide the case on its own merits, uninfluenced by the withdrawal of this application. In the event, the case does not conclude within the said period for no fault of the applicant, the applicant is at liberty to file a fresh bail application. 5.
